1  introduction


1.1  This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets out how Magic Apparels Limited (t/a Red Button) of 1 Lumley Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 6TT (further referred to as “Red Button” or “we”) processes the personal data of our website visitors, customers and other business contacts in the European Union.
1.2  If you are an employee or worker of Red Button, the information about how we handle your personal data as an employee or worker will be provided to you separately.

1.5  We will collect and store your personal data when you interact with our website, when you complete a ‘contact us’ form on our website https://redbutton.com/contact/ and when you request our products or services. This includes your name, email address, address, phone number, company and any other additional information that you choose to provide to us.
1.6  Red Button collects personal data directly from the individual to whom it relates, except where that individual has consented to Red Button collecting the personal data from a third party or the law otherwise permits Red Button to do so.
 


2  WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE HOLD ABOUT YOU

2.1.2  Contact data – includes address, email address and telephone numbers.

2.2  If you are a customer, personal data that we hold about you may include the same information listed in Section 2.1 above, along with:
2.2.1   Business data – your function/job title within the company and your work email address, company’s name, postal address, VAT and/or company number.
2.2.2  Financial and transaction data – including bank account and payment card details as well as details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.

7   RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA


Your personal data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to carry out the purposes set out in this Policy (unless longer retention is required by applicable law). However, we will not retain any of your personal data beyond this period and the retention of your personal information will be subject to periodic review. We may keep an anonymised form of your personal data, which will no longer refer to you, for statistical purposes without time limits, to the extent that we have a legitimate and lawful interest in doing so.

8.1   Red Button is committed to seeking to safeguard all personal information that you provide to us; seeking to ensure that it remains confidential and secure; and taking all reasonable steps to ensure that personal privacy is respected.
8.2   All our data is stored in written or electronic form on our servers and computers and in various physical locations. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information from misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure and loss or corruption by computer viruses and other sources of harm.  We restrict access to personal information to those staff members, group companies and third parties who need to know that information for the purposes set out in this Policy.
 


9   your rights with regard to your personal data


9.1   Data protection law provides data subjects with numerous rights, including the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, transport, and object to the processing of, their personal data.  Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if they believe that their personal data is not being processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.

The request should make clear that a SAR is being made. You may also be required to submit a proof of your identity.
9.3   Right to rectification – you may request that we rectify any inaccurate and/or complete any incomplete personal data.

This is only relevant to our delivery services. We will comply with such transfer as far as it is technically feasible.
